Homebrew package manager in Gentoo Linux

I missed some useful command line tools in Gentoo portage, most of them were available in macOS most popular cli package manager Homebrew.

Homebrew became also a Linux package manager not so much time ago, so most of the time apps will work fine.

Maybe in a future update I'll describe the process to make it work (my way...), but here's a peek.
